Recommend it for families

The staff was helpful. They contacted me before arrival to ensure my room was ready, I've never experienced that before!

This hotel was just a prime choice for a weekend vacation in New York with attractive and competitive value for money. The shower head worked perfectly despite other issues in the room, which added some much-needed convenience. Just be prepared to handle potential parking troubles in the area.

The king suite offered a spacious layout which was great for our family with children. We enjoyed the city view from our room during our stay.

The Twin Suite was spacious and had a full kitchen, which was awesome. The deep bathtub was a nice touch after a long day. The AC worked really well, so we stayed comfortable despite the heat. The staff were friendly, and even contacted us about check-in times ahead of time, which was cool. Just a couple of minor issues like some needed maintenance, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A Memorable Family Stay in a Unique Neighborhood

Our family loved the spacious room, which comfortably accommodated us and our kids. The staff’s kindness was heartwarming, especially when they surprised us with a care package for my son. Exploring the local community was a delight, so take the time to walk around and absorb the culture!

The King Suite offered a spacious layout with a comfortable bed, but I was disappointed by the pillows, which were not very supportive. Despite the kitchenette being well-equipped, I had to request plates and utensils separately. A major downside was the lack of nearby attractions—DUMBO and subway access required a considerable walk. The local supermarket's limited hours on weekends made grocery shopping inconvenient.

The hotel felt cozy with its charming decor, spacious suite, and warm hospitality that truly made me feel at home during my stay.

More accessible seating areas in the lobby would help.
